Cambridge is a small town with a unique character and strong sense of community. It’s a town where people care about others, where community events are a big part of community life. We’re located in south central Washington County. The area is made up of beautiful rolling hills, farms, a portion of the village of Cambridge and several small hamlets.

Town of Cambridge Planning Board Meeting - will be held on Wednesday, October 07, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cambridge Town Hall.

Creative Economy Survey
The Warren-Washington County Industrial
Development Agency (WWIDA) is conducting a study to measure the impact of
the creative economy in Warren and Washington Counties. As part of this
effort, They are surveying arts and culture organizations, residents, and
visitors to better understand how the creative economy contributes to and
impacts our two-county region.

Town of Cambridge is seeking interested parties for available BAR (Board Assessment Review) position. This position requires sitting on Board Assessment Review for the Town Grievance Day in May and some meetings to make decisions on Assessments. Letters of interest should be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office by October 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Position will be Appointed at the October 5th Town Board Meeting. Planning Board Position Open
Town of Cambridge is seeking interested parties for available Planning Board position. This position requires attendance at monthly Planning Board meetings, which are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Letters of interest should be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office by May 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The position will be Appointed at the Town Board meeting May 11, 2026.

HELP WANTED
TOWN OF CAMBRIDGE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
The Town of Cambridge Highway Department is seeking applicants for a full-time year-around permanent position.
Minimum of class B CDL is required. Snow plowing and overtime is a must. Mechanical abilities and equipment operator skills are a plus.
